Processing target

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time on business days are generally processed and prepared for carrier pickup the same business day, when inventory, payment, address, compliance, and fraud-review checks are complete.

Business days and cutoff

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order after 12:00 PM Central Time, we may process it on the next business day.

24h Shipping Target

The 24h Shipping Target is a processing target, not a guaranteed delivery time. Carrier transit time is separate from Alpha processing time.

Tracking and carrier transit

Tracking is provided when available. Carrier transit time starts after the carrier receives the package and is separate from Alpha processing time.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

Potential delays

Weather, carrier delays, holidays, inventory verification, payment review, fraud review, compliance review, documentation checks, or operational constraints may delay shipment.

Order handling options

Alpha may split, delay, cancel, or decline orders when necessary for availability, compliance, payment, shipping, fraud-review, documentation, or operational reasons.

Shipping promotions

When a free-shipping threshold is active, eligible orders will show the available shipping option during checkout. Taxes, shipping eligibility, destination limits, and carrier options may depend on the final checkout details.
