Use this policy to understand how Alpha Life Sciences reviews order issues such as damaged shipments, missing items, wrong items, carrier-confirmed loss, or documentation concerns.
Submit a support request with your name, email, order number if available, request category, and message.
Support may review wrong item received, damaged shipment, missing item, carrier-confirmed lost shipment, product or lot documentation issue requiring support review, or material nonconformity supported by Alpha review.
Opened or altered products, products not stored as directed, purchaser error, incorrect shipping address supplied by the customer, refusal or failure to receive a package, research outcome dissatisfaction, misuse, non-order guidance expectations, or any medical or personal-use reason are not eligible.
Submit damaged, wrong, or missing item requests within 7 days of delivery unless Alpha approves a different review window in writing.
For damaged shipments or wrong-item requests, include photos when requested so support can review the issue.
Returns are not accepted without written authorization. Authorized returns may be limited to unopened, unaltered products maintained under appropriate storage conditions.
Alpha may resolve an eligible request by replacement, refund, store credit, documentation update, or other support action at Alpha discretion. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless Alpha determines the issue was caused by Alpha or a carrier issue.
